While parked, smart charging can draw from the high-voltage battery to charge the low-voltage battery, so a lower SOC at startup is normal.

If SOC is low, smart charging cannot operate; do not leave the vehicle parked at low SOC for long, and charge it promptly.

Avoid frequent sudden acceleration or deceleration, drive on flat dry roads, and reduce high-power use by turning off A/C or adjusting its temperature when necessary.

Park safely, contact a BYD authorized dealer or service provider, and do not continue driving because low brake fluid impairs safety.

Lock or unlock the driver's door with the mechanical key inside the smart key, then put it back when finished.

Plan maintenance by the odometer reading or time interval, whichever comes first; brake and tire checks are every 24 months or 20,000 miles (30,000 km).
