While the engine is hot or operating, do not rinse or wash it; also, do not wash spark plug wells, spark plug wires, or ignition coils.

To avoid water damage, cover the air filter assembly, power distribution box, and battery.

1. Enable it through Settings, Vehicle, Remote Start Setup, and Remote Start.
2. Remote start will not work if it is disabled, the alarm sounds, the hood is open, the transmission is not in Park, or the vehicle is already on.
3. Do not use remote start with a low fuel level; after two remote starts, switch the vehicle on and off before trying again.
4. If the system fails to start, the horn sounds.

Under certain conditions, replace the oil within two weeks or 800 km (500 mi) after the intelligent oil life monitor alerts you.

1. Press the menu button on the steering wheel to open the instrument cluster display main menu.
2. Select Vehicle Maintenance, then select Oil Life.
