- Leave the ignition switch ON for approximately 5 seconds, then turn it OFF or to LOCK and wait approximately 10 seconds.
- Repeat that ignition sequence once, then restart the engine while keeping the interfering device separate from the registered key.
- If the engine starts, place the registered key on a separate key ring to help avoid further interference.
