If the light flashes for about 1 minute at ignition and then stays on, the TPMS may be malfunctioning; have the system checked by a NISSAN dealer.
A wheel without TPMS, such as the spare tire, causes the same warning, so have the tires replaced and/or the TPMS reset as soon as possible.
