A red charging indicator means the charging system has a malfunction.

If it continuously indicates a vehicle power-supply or charging-system malfunction, contact an authorized Volkswagen dealer or Service Facility.

Pull the turn signal and high beam lever backward from the center position to turn off the high beams.

Switch them off manually whenever they could distract or blind other road users.

1. Activate the phone's Wi-Fi hotspot, then open HOME and select Wi-Fi, followed by Wi-Fi:.
2. Wait while the Infotainment system scans, select the phone's network, and enter its hotspot network key.
3. The connection is established, although additional information may be required on the phone.
4. Wi-Fi functions may vary by country, and not all available devices are guaranteed to support every function.

Use the service interval display to determine when inspection service is due; it must be done no later than two years.

A pending inspection appears in the digital instrument cluster.
